
The survivors had to adapt. They metamorphosed into amphibious long hose nosed creatures, dwelling in an ocean of vaporous cesspools. They breathed the gaseous fumes through their ever present masks and fed on the oozing inky oil that surrounded them. Their blank, vacant stares and irregularly shaped limbs were ever present reminders of their irresponsible destruction of the once beautiful, bountiful and beloved planet.
